Long stony beach located between Grundsund and Stockevik
From Grundsund you can walk along the Strandpromenaden, walk past Vigerna and then follow the Munkevik trail until you get to the beach Munkevik. You can also reach the stony beach via the public cycle-/footpath from Grundsund to Stockevik. Between the housing area Dammen and the cholera cemetery turn down towards the sea at the first major path. Munkevik is located just opposite the agglommoration of houses on Gåsö with the fairway in front. The beach has bigger stones on the beach bottom. There is also a barbecue area at the beach.
The right of public access applies with both rights and obligations, such as take nothing but photos and leave nothing but footprints. Don't leave any rubbish behind.
