With yellow dots along the coastline and past giant pot-holes

The hiking trail Munkeviksleden begins at the Colera Cemetery at the foot of Åseberget and leads through the forest down to Munkevik before it continues along the coast line and finally ends in Vigerna where the wooden walk Strandpromenaden takes over.

From the hiking trail Munkevik on to the wooden walk Strandpromenaden

The hiking trail Munkeviksleden begins at the Colera Cemetery at the foot of Åseberget and leads through the forest down to Munkevik before it continues along the coast line and finally ends in Vigerna. You can stop for a swim at the bathing area. From Vigerna the wooden walk Strandpromenaden takes over and continues past Skäddhålan and ends in Grundsund. It is a walk of about 5 kilometers. The hiking trail is marked with yellow dots.

Walk at your on pace on a well arranged hiking trail

Take a walk at your own pace along the beach, over the rocks and in the forest with the view of the Gåsöfjord. At wet passages there are foot-bridges, at steep sides there are steady stairs or a rope to pull. The path leads past huge pot-holes in a forest area just before reaching Vigerna.
