Tidaholm
Ånastigen is a walking path where you walk right alongside the waters of the Tidan River. The path passes many historically interesting places.
Walking path with a lot of history
Ånastigen extends southward from Tidaholms Camping. The paths on either side of the river are each about 1 km one way.
Here, you walk on charming paths right by the water along the Tidan River and on gravel roads through fields and pastures. The path takes you through a significant part of Tidaholm's history. It is marked with signs along the way, and there are information signs about the various historical sites you pass by. You can pick up an information brochure with a map at the Tidaholm Tourist Office.
Sightseeing destinations
Adjacent to Ånastigen, there is the Matöppet grocery store, which manages the mini-golf course. They rent clubs and balls for an exciting match between family or friends.
Camping Maplelake Adventure is right next door with the Tidan River flowing alongside the campsite. If you're looking for activities, there's a wide range of options, including a pentathlon and much more.
