Nordpolen offers a wide range of delicate pastries, cakes, and buns – all made with care and high-quality ingredients. The café’s specialties vary seasonally, but you can always enjoy Princess Cake and Napoleon, handmade truffles, wood-fired sourdough bread, and coffee from Bergstrands.

Planning a party or wedding? A banquet hall is also available. If you love the patisserie’s cakes and delicious sandwich cakes, catering is available for your event.

Conditori Nordpolen in Vara, founded in 1903 by the Jansson sisters, combines tradition and quality in its pistachio-green wooden building. In 2016, Nordpolen was named Patisserie of the Year by White Guide Café, Sweden’s leading café guide:
