Alströmer Theatre is Alingsås’ largest theatre venue and is ideal for theatre performances, concerts, stand-up comedy, lectures, and more. The auditorium has a total of 542 seats but can also be limited to 305 seats in the front section if needed.

This is Alingsås’ most modern stage with top-class sound and lighting. This makes it easier for your event as you can easily use the installed sound and lighting systems. If you bring your own equipment, we will work out a setup that suits you and minimises your preparation time.

We welcome both smaller events where you manage the technical setup yourselves and larger performances where you book our sound and lighting technicians. Whatever type of event you have, we can easily adapt the stage to your requirements.

Alströmer Theatre was renovated in autumn 2022. The venue has been modernised to better meet today’s demands for an auditorium and theatre.
