Bageri1 is a small-scale artisan bakery located just outside Alingsås, where everything is made from scratch with care, passion and a love for traditional baking. Run by Emma, the bakery creates everything from bread and classic pastries to wedding cakes, pralines, celebration cakes and custom-made creations.
Handmade with care
Since 2016, Bageri1 has been creating handmade bakery and confectionery products with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship. The range includes sourdough bread, buns, cookies, cakes and seasonal treats, with the selection varying according to the season and customer requests.
Local ingredients and a passion for quality
Whenever possible, Bageri1 uses locally produced ingredients. The flour is mainly sourced from farms in Västra Götaland, helping to strengthen the connection to the local area and support more sustainable production.
Made to order
Most products are made to order, with options for collection and local delivery. On selected occasions, often Saturdays, the bakery also opens for direct sales of freshly baked goods. You can also find Bageri1 at local markets and through REKO Ring Alingsås, where local producers sell their products directly to customers.
