Discover the charm of rural life in the heart of Nolhaga Park. At Nolhaga Farm, you can stroll among heritage animals, explore the gardens, and enjoy hands-on experiences that bring you closer to nature.
In the heart of Nolhaga Park, Nolhaga Farm is an oasis with several animal enclosures featuring pigs, sheep, goats, Dexter cows, and old Swedish heritage breeds. You can also see bees at work in the on-site beehive maintained by the Alingsås Beekeepers’ Association.
Throughout the year, the farm hosts activities such as animal care courses, summer programs for children, seasonal events, and sheep shearing. Visitors may also have the chance to feed the animals, especially in the afternoon between 3:00–4:30 PM.
Opening hours:
Farm building: daily 10:00–16:00
Petting area: Thursday–Sunday from week 7, 10:00–16:00
Animals can also be viewed in their enclosures outside opening hours.
