Impact during events – trails & tracks

At Billingen, there is activity all year round – with competitions, activities, and events that sometimes affect jogging tracks, cycling trails, and parking areas.

Here you’ll find up-to-date information about temporary impacts, so you can plan your visit well in advance.

Impact on trails – summer & autumn  

During summer and autumn, trails, paths, or parking areas may be temporarily affected by events. Here we update what’s happening so you can easily plan your visit.

April 25 Billingen Trail  
No closed trails. A race is taking place in the area, please be considerate.

3 May – Billingeracet
The MTB arena is closed until 18:00. Pump tracks are open.
MTB trails have not yet opened for the season.
If the trails open before then, they will be affected by the event.
Expect a high number of visitors in the area.

22–24 May – Enduro Challenge

30 August – District Relay Championships in Orienteering

3 September – Billingestafetten
More information available closer to the event.

5 September – Billingen X-trail
More information will be available closer to the event.

Impact on trails/slope – wintertime

(December–March)

Sometimes ski tracks, trails, and parking areas are affected by competitions or other activities. Here you’ll find current information to help you plan your ski trip in the best way.

No planned events for the the winter season.
