Play areas at Mösseberg
An imaginative wilderness play area with beach volleyball court and barbecue area can be found by the service centre. Mösseberg animal park has two play areas with a climbing net, swings, and more.
Wilderness play area
Near the service centre on Mösseberg is an imaginative play area designed to encourage ‘kids’ of all ages to play and get active.
You can play on the various equipment, whizz down the slide or try and make it along the obstacle course without touching the ground. At the centre of the play area is an under-cover barbecue area where you can sit and relax. Close by is Lake Skogssjön with bathing areas and a beach volleyball court.
Parking can be found by the service centre around 100 metres from the play area.
Animal park play areas
The play areas at the animal park are a great spot for kids with energy to burn. They can climb, swing or whizz down the slides. If you want to bring your own picnic, there are five barbecue areas and plenty of benches in the park. Remember to bring your own charcoal or similar if you want to barbecue, as you will need to light and extinguish the barbecue yourself.
A popular feature of the park is the designated roads where kids can ride around with pedal cars, and they can even re-fuel them at the mini fuel station. The animal park is home to many different kinds of animals, including pigs, goats, donkeys, alpacas, rabbits and mini Shetland ponies. Free entry!
