The Hjortslingan trail is one of three shorter loop trails at the top of Högkullen. It's perfect if you're looking for a shorter day hike but still want to experience stunning nature. The trail is 3.3 km long and takes you past several highlights.
The Hjortslingan trail features varied terrain with some elevation changes. It also offers an opportunity to make a detour to the polar explorer Andrée's excavation site, where you can glimpse the traces of the cultural landscape at Salen.
