TURIN <6 persons

A table, a few chairs (though stylish ones), and a good team of people. That's usually all you need for a successful workshop or meeting. In Turin, you can comfortably seat 6 colleagues with a screen, speakers, and a whiteboard. Of course, we will arrange a superb lunch, snacks, and refreshments if your meeting runs late.

MILANO <12 persons

If you're looking for a room that works for workshops, you've come to the right place. We designed this space to be super flexible and optimized for you to use the entire room. It features rolling whiteboards, plenty of space, and a fantastic view of the train yard and Lidköping’s rooftops. Everything you need to generate the best ideas, both digitally and physically. A large screen is also available if you need to include a remote participant or give a presentation. Outside the room, you'll find our large lounge for brainstorming breaks. We will take care of everything from a morning croissant to lunch or finger foods after a successful day.

BERLIN <20 persons

Large windows, high ceilings, and space for truly big ideas—Golden Bell meeting room checks all the boxes! Located at the top of the building, you'll find everything you need to create a phenomenal meeting. Our comfortable chairs are as ergonomic as they are cozy, allowing you to thoroughly discuss what’s necessary. Blazing-fast Wi-Fi, a huge screen with ClickShare, and speakers are the icing on the cake. Plus, there’s a rolling whiteboard for when the writing begins!

BAVARIATRAPPAN <75 persons

When we designed Bavariatrappan, we had one vision: it should be used for EVERYTHING! This is our own amphitheater where we play both director and producer. We can set it up exactly how you want it. Bavaria is one of our most booked rooms and is perfect for a lecture for up to 75 people or a workshop evening for up to 40 people seated on the steps. Add a laser projector and sound that matches the crispest image in town. Bavaria is located in the middle of the lounge and next to our reception. There is ample space to take a break, mingle, and enjoy a bite to eat. If you want to combine with break-out rooms, there are several options where you can have smaller groups, or why not just flow into our coworking lounge if you need a sofa and a good cup of coffee.

SUGAR MILL <60 persons

Sugar Mill, formerly known as Vetet, is our most secretive room in the Sugar Factory, situated independently outside Bahnhof Cowork, in the heart of the old Sugar Factory. Important decisions have been made here over the years, so you can sit completely privately and discuss secrets or workshop next year's strategies. The flexible seating for up to 60 people makes this room perfect for larger presentations or courses. A projector, whiteboard, and everything you could think of are available, and if you need extra energy, the lunch restaurant is right next door.

SOCKERTOPPEN <300 persons

It’s said that creativity flows when the horizon is clear, and from the very top of the building, you can gaze out over Kinneviken and well beyond the plains. But more about that later—Sockertoppen is a party venue with an extraordinary panoramic view. Here, in addition to all the technology you need, we also offer breakfast, lunch, and banquets. This room is one we are particularly proud of: generously sized, with an unusually high ceiling and maximized flexibility. Up to 120 people can marvel at a presenter, or slightly fewer if you're holding a workshop. Open from early morning to late evening every day. Of course, a whiteboard, sound system, and projector are included! The room can accommodate up to 300 people simultaneously and includes mingling areas, a foyer with restrooms, and a catering kitchen with a refrigerator, convection oven, and dishwasher.

ESPLANADTEATERN <140 persons

At Esplanadteatern, you’ll find a unique venue in central Lidköping where only your imagination limits the possibilities. Perfect for conferences, kick-offs, breakfast seminars, or product launches. Alternatively, you can play video games on the big screen or take over the theater and choose a movie to watch together. This historic cultural venue is a landmark for the city and can accommodate 140 seated guests at a time.
