We are a modern restaurant that uses local and Nordic ingredients combined with flavor influences from around the world. We serve snacks, medium-sized dishes, larger plates, and of course exciting desserts in the same spirit.

Taste the ambitious yet down-to-earth Scandinavian cuisine with influences from around the world. Sustainability runs through the entire menu – from the choice of ingredients to beverages. The menus are also adapted to availability and season. Forget asparagus from the other side of the equator and wines from outside Europe. As far as possible, locally produced ingredients are also used.
