The team behind Orangeriet and MattiasMat are two chefs, Martin Knutas and Simon Knutas. They run several eateries in Skövde and their ambition is to serve tasty, well-prepared, healthy food based on good quality ingredients. MattiasMat also organises cooking courses, special events and catering.
