If you want to enjoy great food and drink in relaxing naural beauty, combine your visit with an activity. You can choose to book a Wild dinner, a private dining experience for a maximum of 12 people. You are guaranteed to have a unique and different experience in the great outdoors.

Everything served Uti det Wilda is of outmost quality and made from scratch. Meat, fish and vegetables are sourced from local producers and the majority of the fish is fished by themselves in lake Unden. A dinner can include up to 20 foraged ingredients, often plants that you may never have tasted before.

Relaxing outdoor activities

Add another dimension to your visit and combine your dining experience with an activity. The Edsån river inlet offers perfect kayaking opportunities with it’s little peninsulas, beaches and islands. You can rent a kayak from Uti det Wilda or why not bring your own bike and cycle along the inlet?

There are also ample hiking opportunities in the near vicinity, Uti det Wilda can help you design your own perfect adventure, you won’t be disappointed!

Wilda is comprised of Helena Hallerhed and Sandra Isaksson, both with a past in cooking, education, music, design and adventure. They share a genuine interest in high quality, local food with natural and wild ingredients. Welcome!
