Enjoy the view from the highest point in Risveden
A nature reserve with remnants from an old croft in the middle of the forest.
This is also the highest point in the whole Risveden area and used to offer a magnificent view over the surroundings. Nowadays, the forest has grown so the view is not as spectacular as it used to be, but still worth a visit.
The hiking trail Pilgrimsleden passes throught the area. The trail is not well-marked, but will hopefully be so during the coming years.
Idåsen is a popular place for picnics and excursions.
