Amongst leafy gardens close to the lake Kyrksjön in Möltorp lies Caroline’s Bee & Pantry. Here the raw ingredients grow literally around the corner. The marmalades, jams and cordials that the owner Caroline Spångberg offers her customers she produces from fruit and berries from her own farm, nearby gardens and local forests. So clever, locally grown and locally produced at the same time.

Created where the raw ingredients are found

It all started with an over-full food cellar and a strong desire to utilise all the first-class raw materials that too often just rotted in our gardens. Today Caroline is a full-time food artisan. Production takes place in a location close to home, customers come from near and far. 

An extensive range

The focus of the assortment lies in the processed fruits and berries of various kinds. There are classics such as strawberry jam, plumb marmalade and elderberry cordial, but also unusual variants such as grape marmalade and mint jelly.

Caroline’s Bee & Pantry also offers honey and beeswax products from her own beekeeping, homemade candy bars, flavoured salts and much more. As the ingredients are collected locally, availability of the different items varies – but they always taste good!

Those who wish to buy from Caroline can do so in various ways. The self-service shop The Pantry is open daily and of course you can buy around the clock at the online shop on the website. Additionally, Caroline often attends markets of different types, mainly in Skaraborg. It is your choice!
