The Sjörås Trail starts at Falkängen’s Craft Village in Hällekis and passes through the village towards the Sjörås Stream and the charming landscape of deciduous forests and babbling brooks.

The character of the hike changes as you leave the village of Hällekis and begin to walk along the meandering stream in a scenic landscape of pastures, deciduous forest, and wooden footbridges. Locals often refer to the Sjörås Loop as the "Beaver Trail" due to the visible traces of beavers along the stream. Children will enjoy climbing on several fallen oak trees, and there are benches with beautiful views for those who want to rest.
If you prefer not to start from Falkängen’s Craft Village, it’s possible to join the trail after passing through Hällekis, near the stream. Follow the blue markings to walk the Sjörås Trail!
