Tasty food and drinks

The skilled chefs at Sill & Dynamit take their inspiration and ingredients from the surrounding forests, lakes and farms in West Sweden. The dishes are prepared with local produce from the restaurant's high-quality suppliers. There are fish, meat and vegetarian options to enjoy. In terms of drinks, the restaurant offers classic, mainly modern wines from most wine-producing countries. The beer list is mostly made up from Sill & Dynamit´s own brewery and other micro-breweries, who are innovative and have a flair for flavour.

Meetings and catering

There are large, bright rooms that are great for meetings, with grand views over lake Vänern. If you need help with food, Sill & Dynamit can arrange catering for pick-up or delivery, for private guests or companies.
