Camper pitches in Lyrestad by Göta Canal

In Lyrestad, there are 25 motorhome pitches located directly next to the Göta Canal. From here, it's just a short walk (about 100 meters) to a well-stocked ICA grocery store, a pizzeria, and the charming retro café Daisy’s Place. Right next to the pitches is also the local heritage museum, Hamnmagasinet.

15 of the pitches have electricity and 10 are without. 5 of the electric pitches can be pre-booked at gotakanal.se. The remaining 20 pitches are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The price includes the pitch and access to an accessible toilet. Also included are grey water and black water disposal, as well as fresh water refills. If you’d like to use the other toilets, showers, and kitchenette, you can borrow a service card from the site host, who is available daily at 09:00, 13:00, and 17:00.

Pre-booked pitch with electricity (No. 1–5): SEK 350
Drop-in pitch with electricity (No. 6–15): SEK 300
Drop-in pitch without electricity (No. 16–25): SEK 250
