Torsö camping
Torsö

On the middle of the island Torsö, approx. 15 km north west from Mariestad, this lovely situated camping ground is found. Guests with caravans, mobile homes and tents are welcomed here.  Here is also small cabins for rent.

Cabins and Apartment

The campsite has five cabins and one apartment — a total of 30 beds.

The cabins have four beds in bunk beds and are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a slightly larger cabin with 5+2 beds. Toilets, showers, and a small kitchen are located in the basement of the community center right next door. In the community center, there is also an apartment with seven beds available for rent.

Dogs are allowed in one of the cabins.

Community Center

The community center has a large hall that can be rented for parties, weddings, meetings, and other activities. The spacious hall includes a stage and a fully equipped kitchen directly adjacent to it. Upstairs, there is a smaller conference room. With the football field right outside, the venue is perfect for football camps. In the basement, there are changing rooms, showers, a sauna, and a gym.

Activities

As a guest, you can rent kayaks, a rowing boat, bicycles, and a tennis court. You can also book the sauna or gym. On Torsö, there are also beautiful hiking trails that go through varied landscapes.
