Welcome to Valle Camping, a beautiful campsite located in a scenic environment right next to one of the many nature reserves in the Valle region. Here you have the option of living in a cabin, your own camper van or caravan, a hostel or a tent. There are 15 camping spots available with access to electricity - some of which have a view of the lake - and a number of parking spots for camper vans without electricity. The service building has toilets, showers, facilities for washing dishes, and a basic self-catering kitchen. There is also free Wi-Fi and facilities for emptying the latrine.

Outdoor activities and cultural experiences

At Valle Camping you can swim, fish or relax in the sauna on the jetty. You can reach hiking trails from the campsite that take you out into the Vallebygden's fantastic natural and cultural landscape. The unique undulating landscape along the Billingen mountain was formed by the ice sheet more than 10,000 years ago and beckons for relaxing but also challenging hiking. If you like to cool off, there are a number of bathing-friendly small lakes in the area to choose from.

For those looking for family fun, Scandinavia's largest water park Skara Sommarland is located only 3 kilometers from the campsite.

Those interested in nature and culture have plenty of options for excursions and activities in the surrounding area. A few minutes’ drive from the camping area is Varnhem Abbey Church, Kata Gård (Kata farm), Skara Cathedral, and Lake Hornboga with its dancing cranes at Trandansen.
