Play discgolf in beautiful nature

Discgolf is a fairly new sport that suits most, from the experienced athlete to the one who wants to spice up their usual walk.

What is disc golf?

Disc golf is a fun and fast-growing outdoor sport where players throw a flying disc (similar to a frisbee) into a series of metal baskets. Like traditional golf, the goal is to complete each hole in as few throws as possible. Disc golf is usually played in parks or wooded areas, offering a mix of nature, exercise, and skill. It’s easy to learn, free to play on most courses, and suitable for all ages.

Play disc golf in Alingsås

In Alingsås, you’ll find three disc golf courses to explore. One is located at Hjortgården, another in the beautiful Nolhaga Park, and the third just outside Sollebrunn near Erska Church. The courses range from nine to eighteen holes, each offering unique obstacles that add fun and challenge to the game. The Nolhaga course is the most popular, thanks to its central location in Alingsås’ scenic castle park—making it both accessible and picturesque.

Equipment for playing disc golf

To play disc golf, you’ll need at least one disc — and possibly several if you're aiming for a more advanced game. Don’t have a disc with you? No problem! You can borrow one for free at Nolhaga Parkbad during their opening hours. In addition to a disc, you’ll also need a scorecard to keep track of your game. For the Nolhaga course, you can either pick up a physical scorecard at the pool or use one of the digital scorecards listed below:
