Bike & Dip Tour
Alingsås

The tour is designed for anyone who loves a refreshing swim — whether from a sandy beach, a pier, or a rocky outcrop. You’ll pedal out to Lake Mjörn, the largest lake in Alingsås, west of the town centre. Along the way you’ll pass the wide Playa Mjörn beach, a lovely small boat harbour, and several scenic viewpoints including the Bird Tower.

Ride through Nolhaga Park with its historic castle and gardens, playground, farm, and attractive walking trails. Then the route continues east of the town to the smaller Lake Gerdsken, which also offers plenty of swimming spots and family‑friendly activities. Ice cream and fika treats are available to buy throughout the ride.

The loop mainly follows paved and gravel cycle paths on easy terrain and is about 12 km long.
