The Old Town Hall

The former porcelain factory (1936–2005) today includes such as a museum, restaurant, art gallery and outlet store. The history of one of the oldest porcelain factories in Europe and the crown jewel of Swedish porcelain is brought alive for you at the Rörstrand Museum. Vänermuseet (Lake Vänern Museum)

St. Nicolai Church
The old city church, which today has a neo-Gothic character, has been characterized mainly by two events in the city's history; the De la Gardie time and the city fire in 1849. Lidköping has its oldest known city privileges from 1446 and the church has brick residues from this time.
Culture and history meet in Lidköping’s oldest quarter. Limtorget, the lime square, is the sole remaining part of the old township which escaped the great fire of 1849. Read more here!
The sunbeds at the water flow
You find the popular sunbeds in central Lidköping below the square bridge, both on the old and new city side. The sunbeds are a popular place for both socializing and relaxing. During the summer, small music evenings are also arranged here, usually they attracts many visitors.
