Make the most of winter and enjoy cross-country skiing. In Råda, just outside Lidköping, you will find well-prepared cross-country ski trails maintained with the help of snow cannons.
About Sparbanksspåret
Sparbanksspåret in Lidköping is a 2.5-kilometre trail for cross-country skiing and mountain biking. The trail was completed in 2019–2020. During winter, it is covered with artificial snow produced by snow cannons and is lit from 06:00 to 22:00.
The trail was made possible through funding from Lidköping Municipality and Sparbanksstiftelsen. The maintenance, snow production and day-to-day operation are carried out entirely by volunteers.

The facility is operated by Konstsnö i Råda AB, which is owned by Lidköpings Vintersportklubb.
