In the heart of Vallebygden you'll find Himmelskällan, a unique building with a rich history as a guesthouse, restaurant, weaving studio, event venue, café and community gathering place. Through the years, many guests have enjoyed delightful moments on Himmelskällan's beautiful porch.

Here we offer bed & breakfast accommodation for up to six guests. There are two rooms available for rent: "The Green Room" and "Anna's Room". They can be rented together or separately. Breakfast with homemade bread and eggs from the house's hens can be enjoyed either on the porch or out in the garden.

Excursions and activities

Experience the magical setting of Vallebygden, just a short walk from Varnhem Abbey Church and Kata Farm with archaeological remains of Sweden's oldest Christian church site. Himmelskällan is located near Lake Hornborgasjön with its nature center and the spectacular spring crane dance. Skara Sommarland is less than 10 minutes away by car.
