Here, too, you can enjoy the winter’s lovely ice-calm, and the salty winds in the spring which once again bring the harbour back to life.
The sea as a backdrop
Bella Gästis creates marvellous meals with local ingredients and offers friendly service, all with the sea as a backdrop. The fresh fish served at Bella Gästis come from the fish shop a few steps away, the vegetables are from local farmers and the meat from farms in Bohuslän. Food from the sea is of course one of the restaurant's biggest sources of inspiration.
