Ramslökedalen Nature Reserve

The nature reserve Ramslökedalen is located not far from the Aqueduct in Håverud. You can park your car at Dalsland's center where there is a large parking lot. There is a wonderful flora here with tooth root, ramson onion and thistle. The area also have a lot of woodpeckers. The trail branches off to the Buteruds Nature Reserve and a straight hiking trail north. Buterudsleden is a rather steep and challenging trail.

At Ramslökedalen there is a barbecue area with a nice view over the lake. If you continue along the trail Buterudsleden, you will find a campsite with a barbecue area after about 2 km.

Parking at Håverud. Then hike through Ramslökedalen to reach the hiking trail that goes through the Buterud nature reserve with a magnificent view of Lake Åklången and along the Dalslands canal.
