Latitud 58°, a restaurant in Nordic design, where you can experience the shifting moods of the Skagerrak right outside the window.
The restaurant environment offers an inspiring atmosphere with an open kitchen, where good and sustainable food becomes a spectacle for the visitor. The restaurant has seating areas for both large and small parties, and in summer there are also tables on the outdoor deck right by the water.

Here, a breakfast buffet with an omelette chef is served, along with lunches, brunch, and dinner.
The menu consists of classic meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes, with many ingredients locally produced and carefully selected by our head chef.
Seafood Friday!
Don’t forget to try the seafood while you’re here. Every Friday (almost) throughout the year, our popular seafood buffet is served, giving you a taste of what is caught directly from the sea outside our coast in Bohuslän. Every evening, an à la carte menu is also available, and if you’ve booked a package, a three‑course dinner is included.
Our famous Grebbestad oysters
Just one nautical minute away is one of the wild oyster beds where the Klemming Brothers care for and harvest their catch — one oyster at a time, by hand, in harmony with the sea and nature. It doesn’t get more pure or more local than this. These oysters have now received protected designation of origin in the EU (PDO), and may therefore be called Grebbestad oysters — in the same way as champagne or Parma ham.
Grebbestad oysters are available every Saturday (almost) all year round at Sjöboden Udden down on the pier, and on certain days you can also order them at Restaurant Latitud 58°.
