Restaurant KOCH invites you to a flavorful journey through various themes and an elegant menu featuring the season’s best ingredients, available for both lunch and à la carte. Located right in the center of Uddevalla, it’s just a stone's throw from the gently flowing Bäve River.
The owner Victor Kahale Larsson: "There’s nothing better than laughing, chatting, eating, and drinking really well with good friends," says Victor.

The restaurant is part of the Taste of West Sweden network, which brings together restaurants and cafes that work closely with local producers to offer West Swedish food experiences based on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

Lounge bar and live music

On weekends, the lounge bar is a popular spot. Here, you’ll find excellent drinks and a lighter menu featuring options like oysters, caviar, and tartlets. Live music and other events are occasionally offered – check the website for the current menu and program.

Cooking classes and events

Gather your coworkers, group of friends, or family for an inspiring cooking class. You’ll have the entire restaurant to yourselves, with KOCH’s head chef Victor guiding you for a delicious evening. Raise a toast with a welcome drink, put on your aprons, and sharpen your knives!
