Culture & Swedish fika route
Alingsås
This is a tour for anyone inspired by urban street art and poetry — as well as the taste of freshly baked buns! The route takes you through the northeastern parts of Alingsås’s town centre, connecting nature with local businesses focused on eco‑friendly and sustainable themes.
Start by cycling to the well‑known Karin Boye memorial stone, then head on to the centre to experience three creative murals themed around folk tales and space. Along the way you’ll also find historic cafés with charming courtyards — perfect for a fika break! The tour is mainly on paved paths and mixed terrain, and is just under 8 km long.
