Come join for a week completely dedicated to health and wellness. A series of various training sessions, workshops and seminars are offered throughout the week - 22-26 July 2026. Classes in yoga, QiGong, fitness, swimming, cykling, zumba and much more.

TICKETS AND PRICING

• Wristband, allowing participation in all activities, SEK 250
• Single activities, SEK 100/activity
• Children up to 18 years old can participate in any activity for free.

Tickets and wristbands can be purchased at Visit Hjo tourist information desk, at Hotel Bellevue or the information tent at the entrance of Hjo city park.
