LAKESIDE CAMPING WITH PRIVATE BEACH

Along Route 195 between Hjo and Karlsborg, you'll find Breviks Camping & Motorhome Site beautifully nestled in the expansive nature by the shores of Lake Vättern. The campsite has around 90 pitches, with 70 offering electricity. There are also special motorhome spots where you can park overnight with access to electricity. Want to pitch a tent? You'll find tent pitches right by the beach with an incredible view of the lake.

Brevik's campground boasts its own beach - Playa Brevik - with fine sand and clear water. Many campers believe that this beach is as close to a playa as you can get on this side of Lake Vättern. On the left side of the beach, adjacent to the popular sauna, dogs are also welcome to swim. There's parking and a dry toilet, and during the high season, a kiosk and a mini-market are available. If you fancy a round of golf, Breviks GK is nearby.

Powered motorhome pitches

At the camping area along the beautiful shores of Lake Vättern, there are new powered motorhome spots. Here, you can park your motorhome overnight for a small fee. If you need to refill water or empty waste and graywater tanks, that's possible too.

Scenic hiking and cycling

Lace up your hiking boots and explore the beautiful nature. Enjoy the area's hiking trails through forests and terrain, some of which are part of the Västra Vätterleden. From Breviks Camping, there are excellent opportunities for mountain biking - maps are available at the campsite. The trails are seven and nine kilometers long. You can find maps HERE >>

Breviks Camping is affiliated with the national organization SCR, which means you need a valid camping card 'Camping Key' to stay at Brevik. If you don't have a valid camping card, you can obtain one on-site.
