Park Civic Hall - part of the Culture Quarter
Park's two venues are suitable for concerts, conferences, performances, movies, parties, and more. Throughout the year, these venues are used by individuals, companies, associations, and event organizers for both internal and public events.
The Story of Park
Park was built in the late '50s. It houses assembly rooms and a cinema hall. Architecturally, Park is characterized by carefully selected materials: gray limestone, red bricks, and naturally colored wood. From the foyer, you enter the combined theater and cinema hall, which has slightly inclined walls made of red perforated bricks for acoustic purposes. A period neon sign with the name "Park" welcomes visitors. In 2015, extensive but careful renovation work began. In the fall of 2017, Park was re-opened with great pomp and circumstance.
