Welcome to the Steneby Library and Dals Långed's Folk Library and Art Gallery!

Library

A unique library with access to both the University's literature in arts, crafts and design, and the public library's wide range of novels and fact books. For young people there are series, movies and newspapers. There is a nice children's section with many picture books and a cozy sofa. Here you will find several newspapers and hundreds of Swedish and international journals. Access to loan computers. Here you will find free Wi-Fi, you can surf for free throughout the house. A common library catalog for all libraries in Dalsland including Steneby. Also movies, e-books and audio books. Small shop and general information about the region.

Art Gallery

The Steneby Art Hall displays an exciting mix of arts and crafts. Three different organizations organize exhibitions, which means that the exhibition year contains both local and international perspectives. Konsthallen has the same opening hours as the library, art exhibitions also open saturdays 11-14.
