Open air theater
Billingsfors

Sweden's oldest surviving theater

The open air theater is embedded in lush greenery, behind the factory and the mansion Billingsholm.

The amphitheater was built in 1792 and is Sweden's oldest surviving theater. It was restored in 1951. The slatted complex with its 200 seats is still used by local music and theater associations for concerts and performances.
