Alternative Routes & Detours
-
Detour 1 – Bison Farm (+19 km):
For a longer ride, we warmly recommend cycling the loop via the Bison Farm. In summer you can stop for food, a coffee, and even join an exciting bison safari. Directions to this detour are shown on the digital map. -
Detour 2 – Lingonudden (+7 km):
A lovely optional detour on your way home is up to the shelter at Lingonudden. There’s a barbecue area with views over the pond — remember to bring your own wood/charcoal and a grill grate. Directions are on the digital map. -
Detour 3 – Ceramics Studio (+4 km):
To extend your tour further and visit Lervis Keramikverkstad, this detour is a must! We recommend calling ahead to make sure the studio is open. -
Shorter Route:
If you prefer a shorter tour, turn off at Almnäs towards Korsgården or even earlier at Maple Rock Ranch. These alternatives are shown on both the printable and digital maps.
