Outdoor Gyms in Ulricehamn

The Outdoor gyms are open to the public - around the clock. Right before the gym, which is adjacent to Stureparken, there are bathing areas and it's also within walking distance to Ulricehamn's Center. At the Sanatorium forested area's gym, you will find UIF's clubhouse, which is outfitted with shower and sauna, and it's open to the public.

One of the outdoor gyms is located next to the walk/bike path by Sturebadet, with a beautiful view of Åsunden. The outdoor gyms offer a variety of different exercise machines. At each training station, there is a QR code that you can scan and view an instructional movie. Parking is available nearby. They are also within walking distance to the lake, where you can grab the chance to complete your workout session with a refreshing dip in the lake.
The gym by Stureparken is a stone's throw away from Ulricehamn's cold bathhouse. Close to restaurant, café, kiosk and toilet. Adjacent to the Sturebadet gym, there is also free parking for mobile homes. For children, there is Ulrica Park playground, well known in Western Sweden for its varied and exciting range.
Lassalyckan
The second is located by the Sanatorium Forest, at the Lassalyckan Recreational area. The gym is crossfit-inspired and constructed from wood. Parking is available closeby. Right next door is the UIF clubhouse where there is access to the shower, sauna and toilets, which are free of charge - every day from 07:00-22:00. The Lassalyckan Recreational area is Vasalopp certified and offers a wide range of training options like skiing, trail-running and mountain biking.
