The Koster ferry
Strömstad

The ferries depart from Norra hamnen (the North Harbour), next to the main square in central Strömstad. The departure address is Ångbåtskajen, Strömstad, where you’ll also find a waiting room and public toilets.

The journey takes around 45 minutes, depending on where you get off. Ferries call at several stops on both Sydkoster (South Koster) and Nordkoster (North Koster), so check which stop is closest to your destination before you travel.
