Fishing in lake Dalstorpasjön
Dalstorp
Welcome to Dalstorpssjön lake, which is located north of the Dalstorp community, with farms and forests all around. Perch, pike, bream, zander, and roach are plentiful in this fishery conservation area, and you can also catch trout and eels if you’re lucky.
The fish conservation area includes Dalstorpssjön with inflow into Jälmån upstream from Stockenbror.

There are several places to swim and the municipal bathing area is located on the south shore of the lake. There’s a hiking trail with barbecue spots and windbreaks around the lake. Discover a beautiful, natural environment on the Jälmåleden hiking trail, where you can find several interesting sights along the way, such as ruins and burial grounds from the Viking Age.

There are 160 lakes in Tranemo of varying character and size, many of which are great for fishing. You can fish for both introduced game fish or the native stock. The beautiful surroundings will make you want to stay for a while, and also come back again some time. A lot of the fishery conservation areas sell permits online and you can always buy fishing permits from our tourist information office. You can find current prices and regulations at each fishery conservation area or by contacting your tourist office.
