The fishing environment offers a variety of fishing water with, among others, fish species such as perch, pike, roach, bleak/ablet and bream.
The fishery conservation area covers Nygårdssjön, Jälmån (between Ods Kvarn in Dalstorp and Ryfors, south of Nittorp) and Åsasjön.

More things to do in the area
In Jälmån, it’s pretty easy to go canoeing - canoes are available for rent from here. Running along Jälmån there’s also a 35 kilometre long hiking trail called Jälmåleden, with barbecue areas and windbreaks for overnight stays.
