Limmared
In connection with Limmared's community growing during the 20th century, the idea of building a church inside the community was raised. The church and parish home were completed in 1957.
History
The architect Martin Westerberg from Stockholm designed Limmared's church. The altarpiece is made by Kerstin Nordblom, Frillesås, and it has the theme "The source of grace with the water of life". It was inaugurated on Palm Sunday 1983.
The parish home, which is located on the basement level, has two meeting rooms and a kitchen, and the premises are also adapted for e.g. the children's activities.
