A large fishery conservation area with numerous lakes

This large fishery conservation area between the urban areas of Östra Frölunda and Mårdaklev in Svenljunga local authority area, includes several lakes and parts of the watercourses Ätran and Lillån. In addition to pike and perch, the fishery conservation area is also home to pike and eel.

The fishery conservation area of Östra Frölunda-Mårdaklev offers fishing in the lakes Storasjön, Gummasjön, Skärsjön, Stora Köljasjön and Lilla Köljasjön. In addition to these lakes, the fishery conservation area's fishing license is also valid in parts of Ätran, from Hid to the Hallandborder and in Lillån, from Kalvssjöns FVO to Ätran. Just above Älvsered there is an opportunity to fish for eel, while you can catch zander in Skåpanäsdammen and Ätran.
