On il Pastore’s own cortile, under a lush pergola with red-and-white tablecloths, we serve rustic small plates made from the heart – a tribute to both the Swedish landscape and Italian tradition. Our philosophy is farm to table: freshly baked bread and greens from the forest and garden meet charcuterie and cuts from the farm’s grazing sheep and lamb.

Il Pastore means “the shepherd” – a name carried with pride. In both our farm shop and on your plate, you’ll find cuts of meat and charcuterie produced right here on the farm, complemented by homemade bread and vegetables from the garden.
