A wonderful, 5.5 kilometre long hike around the lake in the middle of Tranemo, a pleasant stop along the cycle paths, Ätradalsleden and Sjuhäradsrundan.
This easy hiking trail offers plenty of delights over its course of five kilometres. Along the loop, for example, there’s a tower that’s great for bird watching, there’s Tranemo's beautiful local cultural park, and near Parkudden there’s a swimming area with a jetty, a bathing raft, a beach volleyball court and a marina berth.
The hike around the lake is easiest if you start by the car park opposite the beautiful Tranemo church.
