Midsummer at Storegårdsparken
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Celebrate Midsummer at Storegårdsparken with activities for the whole family:
- Dancing around the Midsummer pole
- Children’s entertainment with the band Långkalsong
- Live music by youth bands
- Horse and carriage rides
- Food from the grills
- Café
- Fishing game for children
- Popcorn cart
A collaborative event arranged by Trollhättans Stad, TFK and Storegårdens Fritidsgård.
Approximate schedule
12:00 PM – Start. We decorate the Midsummer pole together
12:15 PM – Live music by a youth band
1:15 PM – Children’s entertainment with Långkalsong
2:00 PM – Dancing around the Midsummer pole
Midsummer Celebration at Stenrösets Camping
Activities for children begin at 11:00 AM. Decorating the Midsummer pole starts at 12:00 PM, followed by dancing at approximately 1:00 PM.
Midsummer Celebration at Lextorpskyrkan
Celebrations at Lextorpskyrkan between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – more information coming soon.
Midsummer Eve at Vårhaga
Vårhaga Sommargård welcomes you to a Midsummer celebration beginning at 4:00 PM, when we decorate the Midsummer pole. Dancing around the pole starts at 4:30 PM.
Afterwards, there will be a summer devotional service at 6:00 PM and a shared potluck dinner at 7:30 PM.
Feel free to bring a dish suitable for the Midsummer buffet so we can enjoy a generous shared table together.
