Vårruset 2026
Vänersborg

Run, jog, or walk 2.5 or 5 km – on your own or together with friends or colleagues. We promise a wonderful spring evening filled with great atmosphere, the joy of movement, and a strong sense of community.

The course runs through central Vänersborg and along the shores of Lake Vänern. Along the route there will be volunteers as well as music and entertainment. The surface is partly asphalt and partly gravel – both flat and easy to navigate.

DISTANCES: 2.5 km or 5 km (officially measured 5 km course)

THIS IS INCLUDED (TEAM REGISTRATION):
Post-race picnic, medal, finish bag, Vårruset music quiz + prizes, timing on the 5 km*, and race bib.

*You may opt out of timing in your registration, meaning your result will not be published in the results list after the race. The price is the same whether you choose timing or not.
