Sweden's most beautiful small town festival - a folk festival with activities for the whole family! Aqua Blå offers a packed program - from morning to night!

On stage

Aqua Blå offers entertainment from no less than seven stages! The main stage at Sanden presents grand artists and performances, Playa del Sanden is the Open Air nightclub for those who want to dance with some of Sweden's hottest live acts. Otherwise, visit Hamngatan or Fisktorget for folk music festival and nice music to enjoy with a dinner. Dance your heart out in Dalaborgsparken or enjoy music during your shopping trip in the city from the Gågatuscenen.

Don't miss the national day celebrations on June 6 at Sanden with singing, music, speeches and prize-givings.

Activities for the whole family

But Aqua Blå doesn't just offer music and performances, but also fun activities for the whole family. Visit Axel's amusement park with carousels, swings, popcorn and candy floss when Sanden transforms into a real amusement park area that is open all days during the festival.

Children's gathering point will of course be Aqua Kidz Corner and Aqua Action Park which offers crafts, singing and story time for the younger ones and action activities for the older ones.

And of course, no Aqua Blå festival without Vänersborg's classic volleyball tournament!

Associations and exhibitors on site

Take the opportunity to visit Aqua Expo and Let's Move during Aqua Blå. Aqua Expo is the festival's exhibition area. Training, food and drink, gardening, fishing, outdoor, art, music, relaxation and much more.

Also come to the Let's Move area where Vänersborg's association life offers free try-outs and demonstrations on Saturday and Sunday.

Food and drink during the festival

Enjoy really good food during the festival. Visit the city's restaurants or come to the festival area at Sanden and shop from food stalls with dishes from all over the world such as grilled elk burgers, tapas, churros and langos of course. In the vicinity of the festival area, good food is also served by the festival's restaurateurs such as hamburgers, skewers, nachos and drinks during the festival.
