Timeless folk music with roots in Dalarna and the Mälaren Valley

Den Lägre Faunan consists of Tom Källgren and Johan Wahlgren, who found each other through a musical encounter on Stockholm’s underground music scene.

Their melodies are deeply rooted in Dalarna and the eastern outskirts of the Mälaren Valley, giving the music a timeless, honest and richly textured feel – much like the essential role of the lower fauna in an ecosystem.

The audience will experience a musical meeting between Tom Källgren’s singer-songwriter style and Johan Wahlgren’s soulful sound.

The concert takes place outdoors at Skräcklestugan, Parkgatan 2.

In the event of rain or strong winds, the concert will be moved indoors to Kulturhuset, Blue Stage, with entrance from Kungsgatan 15.

Free admission.
