Rum av dagar is an exhibition by Clara Aldén that explores parenthood as an artistic method. Through painting, drawing, sculpture and installation, Aldén examines how care, work, creativity and family life are constantly intertwined. The materials, movements and recurring actions of the home become part of an artistic process in which the boundaries between life and work, order and chaos, are allowed to meet.

In Aldén’s artistic practice, the home emerges not as a fixed and clearly defined place, but as a space in constant change – shaped by relationships, negotiations and the traces we leave behind. Rum av dagar explores how something new can emerge in the midst of the everyday, with all that is continually unfolding.
